What a great year 2007 has been.  The Lord has really blessed this new ministry.  I have seen souls saved and hearts touched through the new ministry.  I have had the honor of going places I have not been before and, places I have been many times.  The services have been very spirit filled.  I have had the honor of singing with several of my friends in gospel music and have met new friends this past year.  I have traveled in several different states and had plenty to eat.  I was also blessed to be nominated for two Eddie Crook awards for "Male Soloist" and "Songwriter".  God has blessed this ministry more than I could have dreamed.  I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the Pastors, Music Ministers and Concert Promoters for allowing me to be a part of your services.  Many of you had not heard me since starting this new ministry; yet, you allowed me come to your church singing, worship service, revival and concert.  I am grateful for that.  I would like to thank everyone that attended any of these services or prayed a prayer for me and, I hope you received a blessing.  I am getting ready for 2008.  I have already booked several dates for the year and would love to come to your church or concert.  You can contact me by phone or e-mail.  The contact info is on my website:www.geraldsweatman.com under contact us.  I have a new CD in the works that will include 10 songs that I have written from years passed.  Most of the songs will be songs that several of you have requested.  “ I Went Down A Beggar”, “ The Royal Banquet”, “ Lord I’m Ready” and I Want To See Jesus I Do” just to name a few.  This should be out in early spring.  I am also doing a LIVE DVD January 12th 2008 at the Montgomery Memorial Baptist Church in Gainesville, Ga.  This will be the first ever DVD for me.  I thank all of you again for your prayers and support for this new ministry.  May God richly bless you and your families through the coming year.
